What is tofu?

Tofu or bean curd is a popular food derived from soya. It is made by curdling fresh soya milk, pressing it into a solid block, and then cooling it, in much the same way that traditional dairy cheese is made by curdling and solidifying milk. Tofu is a little sweet with a slightly nutty taste.

Is Tofu Healthy?

There’s a lot of misinformation communication among many people related to the health benefits of this very soy product Tofu neglecting all those misinformation I with facts say that Tofu is a very nutritional and healthy food item to consume not just one time a week but can also be intake several times in a week without leaving and harm at your health and body. If you are thinking of switching Tofu with meat then nothing else is better than it as it has much more benefits and is nutrition-packed within.
