  • 1/4 tsp carom seeds
  • chili flakes
  • oil

Step-1 To make makhmali paratha we’ll need flour, salt, carom seeds, chili flakes, oil, and water.

Step-2 Take a bowl and add flour to it add salt, carom seeds, chili flakes, and water. Mix it all together really nicely until it starts turning thin and runny in texture.

Step-3 Take a pan heat it a little then add a little oil and to it will pour the batter and spread it evenly and we’ll let it cook.

Step-4 As the side starts lifting and starts to change color that’s when we’ll add a little oil on the other side, flip it and let it cook properly.
