Adding spices, gram flour, semolina to make that perfect batter for out Vegan Omelet | Methi Chilla.
Take Gram flour, Semolina, Cumin seeds, Salt, Garam masala, Black Pepper, Baking Powder, Green chilies, Fenugreek, and water. Mix it all together.
Pouring water slowly to get that perfect consistency.
Add water slowly so that we can have a good consistency.
Time to add our batter on our pan.
Pour the batter and spread it nicely.
Add oil and let it cook.
To it add some oil and cover it.
As it starts to turn golden and crispy that's when our Vegan Omelet | Methi Chilla is ready.
Flip it over and press it gently until it turns crispy and golden in color.
Toast some pieces of bread.

  • 1/2 cup Gram Flour
  • 1/8 cup Semolina
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Green chilly Chopped
  • Fenugreek (Methi) greens
  • Water
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Making
    -Take a bowl.
    -To it add gram flour, Semolina, Cumin seeds, Salt, Garam masala, Black Pepper, Baking Powder, Green chilly, Fenugreek, and water.
    -Mix it all together nicely and pour water more slowly to make that perfect consistency.
  • Cooking
    -Take a pan.
    -Add batter to the pan.
    -Spread it out nicely.
    -To it add some oil and let it cook nicely.
    -Flip it over and press it down.
    -As soon as it starts getting golden and crispy that's when it's ready.
    -Take a Tawa.
    -Add butter to it.
    -To it add slices of bread and let it roast nicely from both sides.
