- 2 tbsp. bell pepper chopped
- 1 tsp green chili chopped
- 1 tbsp. onion chopped

- 1/8 tsp cumin powder

The steps for making the perfect moong dal chilla recipe are down below-

Step-1 To make a high protein vegan omelet(Moong dal chilla) we’ll need moong beans, bell pepper, green chili, onion, cilantro, tomatoes, vegan cheese, salt, cumin powder, baking powder, black pepper powder, and turmeric powder.

Step-2 Take your overnight soaked bowl of moong beans and blend it all together and make sure to pour out all the excess water it.

Step-3 Take a small quantity of mixture according to your requirement and add that 3-4 tbsp. into another bowl and keep the rest of the batter safe in the refrigerator for future use.

Step-4 Now to it add 1/2 cup water and whisk it nicely until it turns into a runny and smooth texture. Now to it we’ll add onions, tomatoes, green chilies, bell peppers, cilantro, salt, black pepper, cumin powder, baking powder, and turmeric powder. Give it a nice mix and our batter is ready.

Step-5 Take a pan heat it a little add a few drops of oil and generously add the batter to it close the lid and will let it cook.
