We’ll be taking mashed potatoes.
Adding our spices to it.
Adding salt, Garam masala, Red chilly powder, Cumin powder, Carom powder, and Chat masala. Mix it all together.
Adding cheese and mixing it all together.

Add a generous amount of chutney and sauce on each of the sides of the bread.

Ingredients
  

  • Potato mashed
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chilly powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp Carom powder
  • Chat masala
  • Cheese
  • Green chutney
  • Tomato ketchup

Instructions
 

  • Preparing
    -Take a bowl.
    -Add mashed potatoes to it.
    -To it add Salt, Garam masala, Red Chilly powder, Cumin powder, Carom powder, and Chat masala.
    -Mix it all together nicely.
    -Add a generous amount of cheese to it.
    -Our mixture is ready.
  • Grilling
    -Take slices of bread.
    -Add chutney on one side and ketchup on the other side.
    -Spread it nicely.
    -Add mixture to it.
    -Close it and press it properly.
    -Take a toaster preheat it.
    -Add ghee in between and put the sandwich in between and add a little more ghee on top of the sandwich.
    -Close the toaster and let it nicely cook until it turns crispy and golden.
    -Our sandwich is ready.
