Taking two grated potatoes to make our Crispy Potato Pancake.
Take two grated potatoes.
Adding all the spices to it.
To it add Green chilies, Onions, Cilantro, Salt, Cumin seeds, Red chilly powder, and Garam masala. Mix it all together nicely.
Adding Pancake mix, Semolina, and buttermilk and mixing it together.
To this, we’ll add Pancake mix, Semolina, add buttermilk slowly, and mix it all together at the same time. Let it set for a while.
Add a little oil to it adding our mixture to make our Crispy Potato Pancakes.
Add a little oil to a pan to it add out batter spread it nicely and let it cook.
Letting it cook until it turns golden and crispy.
Let it cook from both sides until it’s crispy and golden.

    -Take a bowl.
