Ingredients Required for Making Gobi Paratha Recipe (Cauliflower Paratha):

Gobi Paratha Ingredients
  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • 1 scoop protein powder optional
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 2 cups Gobi chopped
  • 1 green chili chopped
  • 1 cup Cilantro
  • 2 tbsp Onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp Salt (as required)
  • 1 tsp Ajwain
  • 1 tsp Jeera
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Black salt optional
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste

Follow the steps to make easy Gobi paratha ( Cauliflower Paratha ):

Dough Making

Step 1-Take the Dough maker or a bowl and add the Wheat flour to it

Step 2-Then add Protein powder it is optional

Step 3-Add the water accordingly and then make the dough.

Stuffing

Step 1-In a bowl add 2 cups chopped Gobi

Step 2-To it add 1 Green chili chopped, 1 cup Cilantro, 2 tbsp Onion chopped, 1 tsp Salt

Step 3-Add all these ingredients to make the stuffing 1 tsp Ajwain, 1 tsp Jeera, 1 tsp Coriander powder,1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder

Step 4-Then add 1 tsp Black salt optional, 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste

Paratha Making

Step 1-Take the dough and make a dough ball out of it and then make a flat circle

Step 2-In the circle add the stuffing

Step 3-Preheat the pan and on it add the paratha

Step 4-To it add the oil or butter

Step 5-Bake the paratha for 4-5 min

Step 6-It is ready to serve with curd or chutney.
