- 2 cup Poha
- 2 tbs Oil
- 1/4 cup Peanut
- Oil
- Asafoetida
- Curry Leaves
- Chana dal Roasted
- 2 Potatoes Chopped
- 1/4 cup Onions
- Mustard Seeds
- Salt
- Green Chili
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 Red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Cilantro
- Lemon
Stepwise Instruction on how to make breakfast poha / Pohe ka nashta recipe:
Preparation
- Take a bowl.
- Add poha to it.
- To it add water and wash it nicely.
Cooking
- Take a frying pan.
- Add oil to it.
- To it add peanuts and let them fry.
- After they are fried take them out and add a bit of oil to the pan.
- To it add Asafoetida, curry leaves, chana dal, and potatoes.
- Give them a little mix and let it cook for a while.
- To it add onions, Mustard seeds, salt, and green chilies.
- Mix all the ingredients and cover the lid.
- To it add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
- And mix them nicely.
- Add all the washed poha on it.
- On top of it add cilantro, peanuts and mix them nicely.
- Squish a lemon on it give it a mix.
- And Breakfast Poha is ready.
