Bitter Gourd Recipe | Bharwa karela | karela vegetable
- Frying pan
- 3 tbsp. oil
- 1/2 tsp Jeera
- 2 cups onion chopped
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp tumeric
- 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp Mango Powder
- Preparation-Take bitter Gourd(Karela).-Cut it from both the sides.-Cut it from between take out all the seeds.-Add a bit of salt in between.
- Cooking-Deep fry them until they turned brown.-Take a pan.-Add oil to it.-To it add Jeera, onions, salt, turmeric, Red chili Powder, Garam Masala, mango pwder.-Mix all the things.-Let it cook for a while.-Fill the karela with the stuffing.-Once done serve it hot with roti and curd.
