Ingredients
  

  • salt
  • 3 tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 tsp Jeera
  • 2 cups onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp tumeric
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Mango Powder

Instructions
 

  • Preparation
    -Take bitter Gourd(Karela).
    -Cut it from both the sides.
    -Cut it from between take out all the seeds.
    -Add a bit of salt in between.
  • Cooking
    -Deep fry them until they turned brown.
    -Take a pan.
    -Add oil to it.
    -To it add Jeera, onions, salt, turmeric, Red chili Powder, Garam Masala, mango pwder.
    -Mix all the things.
    -Let it cook for a while.
    -Fill the karela with the stuffing.
    -Once done serve it hot with roti and curd.
