Broccoli and cheese soup

Soup is a primarily liquid food, which is served either warm or either hot(but maybe cold or cool).

Soup can be both vegan and non-vegan depending upon your own preferences.

This broccoli cheese soup recipe is an easy and quick-to-make soup that will take no time to cook and tastes cozy, and delicious at the same time.

Broccoli and cheese soup is the ultimate comfort food! This is deliciously cheesy, amazingly rich, and creamy in taste.

This is one of my favorite recipes since my daughter was born. Being in America it is very rare to find a delicious vegan recipe without eggs, but I got a chance to have this vegan soup with broccoli in it.

And since that day I have had a different love and obsession for this recipe.

This is my own version of this recipe as I wanted to give my own pinch of touch to it.

Serves best with bread.

Homemade Broccoli Cheese Soup Recipe

  • Frying pan


  • 3 tbsp. Butter
  • 1 large white onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp. garlic chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrot chopped
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 3 cup vegetable stock
  • Black pepper crushed
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • Broccoli florets
  • 2 cups white sharp cheddar cheese


  • Cooking
    -In a pan.
    -Add butter to it.
    -To it add onion, garlic, and carrot.
    -Let it cook for a while.
    -To it add flour, mustard, and vegetable soup.
    -Bring it to boil.
    -Add black pepper and milk.
    -Mix and bring it to boil.
    -Add salt, chili flakes, and broccoli florets into it.
    -Let it boil for some time.
    -Add cheddar cheese to it and let it cook for a while.
    -Your Broccoli and cheese soup is ready.
