Step-1 To make vegan apple and oat cookies we need vegan butter, water, confectioner sugar, oats, flax meal, almond flour, coconut flour, apple, baking powder, and vanilla extract.

Step-2 Take a bowl and add butter and brown sugar, now with the help of a hand mixer mix it all together really well.

Step-3 Add vanilla extract and confectioner sugar to it and mix it nicely.
