Masala Papad is a very famous starter easy to make a snack of crispy fried padads topped with our wishful ingredients.
I am making this delicious Indian snack using fried papad topped with a tangy and spicy onion tomato mix.
Papad has a crunchy texture, whereas the masala topped on it gives it a soft texture, a perfect combination.
It’s a snack which is loved by everyone whenever we have a gathering at our home or if we go to dine out we order it.
Make sure that you don’t make the masala papad beforehand.
As the mixture on top will make the papad soggy and it won’t taste good.
This is my version of making it you can have your own spice or herb variations to it.
Crispy, spicy, and tangy, this is surely one starter that will impress your guests.
Plus increase or decrease the proportions of the masala ingredients and spices to the recipe according to your preference.
You can serve it with any dip you like or tea.
