- Take a medium mixing bowl and Mix all the ingredients Like ½ cup cucumbers, ½ cup onions, ½ cup tomatoes, 1 tbsp green chilies, 2 tbsp cilantro, ½ tbsp salt, 1 tbsp chaat masala powder, ¼ tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder, and 2 tbsp lime juice. Mix it well. Make this masala topping just before you fry the papad.
Fry The Papad
- Take a wide pan or Karahi and Add 2-inch oil in a wide pan.
- Take the papad. You can also take large papad or medium-sized papad according to your choice.
- Hold the papad with a tong and fry it from both sides until crispy.
- Drain the oil. Fry the remaining papads.
- Place the fried papad on a paper kitchen towel or kitchen tissue paper so that excess oil is absorbed. Set them aside.
Top The Papad
- Keep the papads on the serving platter.
- Top each papad, add 2-3 tablespoons of topping, and garnish with sev, and serve immediately.
