Veggie Momos Recipe (Dumplings)
Equipment
- Bowl
- Frying pan
- Instapot
Ingredients
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Carrots Chopped
- 1/4 cup Green Bell Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 cup Cabbage
- 1 tbsp. Soya Sauce
- 1 tsp Chili sauce
- 1/4 tsp Sugar
- Vegenaise
- Chili Garlic Sauce
- Pinch Salt
Instructions
- Preparing-Take a bowl.-Add All-Purpose Flour, Salt give it a mix.-Add water as needed and keep on mixing and start knitting until the dough is soft.-Our Dough is ready.-Cover it for some time.-Take a frying pan.-Add oil to it.-Add Onions mix it well, to it add carrots, Green Bell Pepper, Salt,and Cabbage.-Mix it all together.-To it add Soya Sauce, Red Chili Sauce, and Sugar.-Mix it together and let it cook.-Take out the cover.-Take half of the dough press it, now roll it into a big shape.-Cut them into small sheets of momos.-Our Veggies are ready.-Take a sheet of Momos add fillings into it.-Wet your fingers and move around it and then seal it into making different shapes and size.-For the Dip.-Take Vegenaise to it add Chili Garlic Sauce to it.-Mix it all together and all salt.-Mix it together nicely.-And our Dip is ready.
- Steaming-Turn the Instapot on Steaming mode.-And set the timer for 10 minutes.-With the help of Instapot attachment place all the momos on them.-Close the lid keep it on sealing.-Let it cook for 10 minutes.-Open the lid and check by slicing them to see if they are cooked nicely.-Let them cool down.
