  • 1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of ground nutmeg
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 medium red apple

Step-1 Take a bowl and add whole wheat flour, to it add old-fashioned oats, baking powder, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt. Mix it all together nicely.

Step-2 Take another bowl and add melted coconut oil, to it add vanilla extract, honey, and milk. Whisk is all properly.

Step-3 Add the oat mixture into your bowl filled with your whisked batter and mix both of them very firmly.

Step-4 Now take a medium size apple and sliced it into small dice pieces and add them into the mixture and mix it well.

Step-5 On a baking tray add small cookies shaped scopes of the mixture and let it bake for 350° F.
