- 1 cup potato sliced
- 1/2 cup onion sliced
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp carom seeds
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp chat masala
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp. cilantro chopped
- 2 Green chilis slit
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
- 1/2 cup Gram flour
- 1 tsp Kasuri methi
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preparation– Take a bowl.– Add sliced potato, onion.– To it add Cumin seeds, carom seeds, coriander powder, chili powder, chat masala, turmeric, garlic, salt, cilantro(chopped), green chilies(slit), Asafoetida, Gram flour, Kasuri methi.– Mix it nicely together.– Add water accordingly.
- Frying– Take small quantities of the batter, put it in the frying pan.– Let it cook for 3 mins for a nice crispy taste.– Take the pakoras out once cooked properly.– Serve it hot with chutney.
