  • Baby Potatoes
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 tbsp. Vegan Mayonnaise
  • Garlic Crushed
  • 1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 1/2 Lemon Juice
  • Water Accordingly
  • 1 tbsp. Peri-Peri Sauce

Washed potatoes mixed with spices for making Best Homemade Cajun Spicy Mashed Potatoes.
To make Cajun Potatoes here I have washed baby potatoes to this we8217ll add Olive Oil Salt Black Pepper and Cayenne Pepper Give it all a mix Add these into the Air fryer and bake for 15 20 minutes
Now for the sauce add Mayonnaise, spices and mix them all together.
To make Cajun seasoning we8217ll use a vegan mayonnaise garlic Cajun seasoning Cayenne Pepper Lemon water accordingly and Olive Oil Now mix it all together nicely and use spices according to your own preference
Potatoes are nicely baked.
After 20 minutes check that the Potatoes are nicely baked properly.
Press/ mash all of them to make the Best Homemade Cajun Spicy Mashed Potatoes.

  • -Take Baby Potatoes to it add Salt, Black Pepper, and Cayenne Pepper. Mix them all properly.
  • -Add these to the Air Fryer and bake them for 15-20 minutes.
  • -Now to make the sauce we'll take Vegan Mayonnaise to it add Garlic, Cajun Seasoning, Cayenne Pepper, Lemon, Water, and Olive oil. Mix it all together.

  • -Now one by one press down all the baked potatoes.

No, it’s not really that spicy depending upon the amount and quantity of spices your use to make Cajun. The key ingredient in Cajun Spice is Cayenne Pepper which is known to be a medium level of hot chili, but nothing to worry about as there isn’t that much quantity added into making Cajun spice.
