Avocado and cauliflower fries

Fresh sliced avocado, and cauliflower coated in crispy panko breadcrumbs and baked to perfection.

These avocado and cauliflower fries are incredibly tasty and easy to make and are sure to impress the pickiest eaters.

Crispy avocado and cauliflower made with white flour, salt, and spices make them perfectly delicious for that movie nights.

And the only thing you all have to keep in mind is that serve them right away do not wait and serve as it gets soft and won’t taste good.

Serves best with tea, curd, or chutney.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 & 1/2 tbsp. white flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic crushed
  • 2 tbsp. Yogurt thick
  • 1 tbsp. chilli garlic sauce
  • 1/4 tsp garlic chopped
  • salt pinch

Instructions
 

  • Preparation
    -In a bowl.
    -Add white flour, salt, red chili powder, and water.
    -Mix to make a paste.
    -Add crushed garlic to it.
    -Take an Avocado.
    -Cut it into two.
    -For making dip.
    -Add Yogurt, chili garlic sauce.
    -Mix well.
    -Add garlic and salt to it.
    -Mix well and the dip is ready.
  • Cooking
    -Dip the Avocadoes and cauliflower in the paste.
    -Then coat them with bread crumbs.
    -Let them deep fry.
    -Serve dip with Avocado and cauliflower.
