- 1 cup water

- 2 tbsp. milk

Step-1 Ingredients which we need to make this recipe are libby’s pumpkin bread kit, yogurt, baking soda, baking powder, oil, water, almond, sunflower kernels, and milk.

Step-2 Open your libby’s pumpkin kit you’ll get a mixer, icing mix, and pumpkin puree.

Step-3 To start we’ll take a bowl and add our full can of pumpkin puree in it then to it we will add yogurt, oil, baking soda, baking powder, and water. Mix it all very nicely until everything is blended well.

Step-4 To it add our bread mix and now very carefully fold it in with the mixture and will mix it until our mixture turns soft and smooth with no lumps in it.

Step-5 Now take two loaf pans grease them nicely and to them will add our mixture.

Step-6 Now to create variation I’m adding berry mix and almonds to one of the pans. Give it a mix and top it with sunflower kernels and almonds.

Step-6 Preheat oven to 350 and put both of our pans and let them cook nicely for 50 to 55 mins.
